The Expedition Burrito Roll is a Military Surplus Carrying case that just happens to work very well for carrying sundry camping and fishing gear like a BOSS. It was originally intended to carry camo netting, but we find it useful to haul all your fishing gear in a tough heavy duty wrapper.
We love gear bags, but the problem is you never have a duffle big enough to carry all your crap in one big thing. Those big duffle bags just never seem to be the right size, make it BIGGER. Well this case takes all that out of the question, like a burrito it wraps itself around all your smaller bags and pieces of gear to consolidate it into one piece to flop on the roof top, truck bed, back of a raft, float plane, or pack mule. Just tie it one and there you have it.
It's big piece with heavy duty double D-ring 2" nylon straps inside and out, for cinching down the roll tight over your stuff.
I ended up with these in a strange way,. You see, I use a lot of Military spec materials in my product line, so when there are materials that I might use in auctions I go out and put some bids on them.
In this case, I bought an entire lot of skids just to get a few thousand yards of military spec webbing. I didn't know what was in the other boxes but low and behold there were these cases that turn out to be super useful and bomber construction. Made in the USA and formerly owned by Uncle Sam.
